1995年12月，夏特企业集团进一步国际拓展，收购意大利米兰印刷厂Cartiere Sottrici Binda。两年后，在附近的罗萨特设立了一家新的装饰纸材料厂，厂区面积33.000 m² 。1998年初，工厂搬迁至新厂区中。
