Schattdecor registered many trade visitors from Arabian countries, the Middle East, India and Southeast Asia at its booth at the Index in Dubai last November. The team made up of Ulrich Ringelberg, Andreas Bruckbauer, Sebastian Hunathey and Andreas Bachmeier, all of Schattdecor's headquarters in Thansau, Germany, made use of the opportunity to acquaint the market with Alaa Khorshid, the company's new representative for the above regions. The highlights of the company's showing consisted of decors based on dark woodgrains, including tropical hardwoods such as teak and palisander, as well as such designs as Batu Sapeli, Lyon Walnut and the abstract decor Rainbow.
Similar decors and trends also proved popular at the second trade fair that the decor paper printer participated in last November, namely the Intermob in Istanbul. At the booth organised by Schattdecor in collaboration with LignaDecor, the Istanbul-based company that represents it on the Turkish market, many customers were impressed with the large-scale flooring exhibits, which proved to be a particularly effective way of presenting the respective decors.
