By car:
When travelling from Moscow, take the Moscow-Samara highway (no. 5) and leave it at the Penza exit.
 
By train: 
a) The Sura train (no. 51/52) leaves Kazansky Station in Moscow every evening to Penza.
b) The Moscow-Penza train (no. 171/172) leaves Kazansky Station in Moscow every evening to Penza.  
c) Once in Penza, take a 9, 9A, 9K or 20 bus at the station to the Bolnitsa stop outside Penzadecor.
