More and more people want “the right balance” back in their lives. The Swedish adjective lagom means just that. It serves us as a compass with which we can steer our individual design and consumer needs "just right" and also tune into major contemporary trends. Lagom is a formula for contemporary design: with its help one should be able to bring one's own life into perfectbalance. In this respect, lagom is not a design style. Rather, it is the "golden mean" of design and consumption - a basic attitude towards the world that can also be seen in design.

And what does "lagom" mean?

The term encompasses aspects of "pleasant" or "sympathetic" and means something like "just right", "fitting", "neither too much nor too little" or "the right amount". Lagom Seller #4: The Elegant, Timeless Moldau Acacia

Our Moldau Acacia is a decor that has consistently sold well over many years. In 2021 we were pleased to see an increase in demand of between 6 and 16 percent, depending on the market.  As a wood décor, it is timeless which makes it incredibly flexible and suitable for multiple applications. End consumers seem to find lighter colorways of Moldova Acacia particularly lagom.
