Our PP-based thermoplastic finishing foils (free from plasticizers, chlorine, and solvents) offer countless production and usage options. They are ideal for kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well as for the surfaces of furniture elements in interior design. Additionally, we provide printed PP and PVC foils for thermoplastic flooring applications, such as LVT and SPC. We print all our thermoplastic foils with water-based ink systems, ensuring they are solvent-free.

Thermoplastic Surfaces for the Flooring and Furniture Industries
Vinyl Print is a printed rigid PVC foil designed for lamination with protective and backing materials made of PVC, which is primarily used for LVT designed floor coverings. The final finishing stage is completed by the customer, who fuses the printed foil with a thermoplastic wear layer. Additionally, the customer can coat the wear layer with a radiation-curing UV varnish for enhanced resistance and various gloss levels.

Ready to Laminate – Profol
Our partner, Profol, in Halfing, Germany transforms our decors into innovative "Ready to Laminate" flooring. Designs printed on PP foil are finished with a wear layer and lacquer to create a completely resilient floor covering. "Ready to Laminate" can be applied directly to the customer's substrate. This results in high-quality, PVC-free, and sustainable LVT flooring featuring Schattdecor decors.
