Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and social values is an essential component of good corporate governance and has always been a cornerstone of our corporate policy.
The purpose of the Whistleblower Protection Act is to provide a safe and secure way to provide sensitive information about wrongdoing or unethical behavior within the company. Examples include suspected criminal activity such as corruption, money laundering, theft, violations of law or sexual harassment.
You can choose to make a report anonymously or with your personal information. All reported cases are always handled under the dual control principle and are treated in the strictest confidence.
A local whistleblower system has already been implemented for the sites in Germany, Italy, Brazil and Poland. You are welcome to use the "Germany / Group" whistleblower system for reports of misconduct relating to any other site.
