With its simplify. concept, Schattdecor demonstrated at SICAM 2026 how ideas and designs can be translated into concrete, coordinated solutions – available across various technologies and applications.
The offer ranges from decors and finished surfaces to complementary components for the furniture industry and interior design. Schattdecor is the provider of comprehensive solutions.
Concrete application examples bring the portfolio to life
Highlights of the booth presentation included decors such as Tonale Oak, Ardenza, and Freijo Vertrice. Tonale Oak combines dynamic and understated wood textures: striking pores meet a subdued color palette, giving furniture a modern yet not rustic look. Ardenza is inspired by a Brazilian hardstone with bold mineral structures and fine limestone veins, ideal for countertops, kitchens, and living spaces. Freijo Vertrice showcases the fine-grained pattern of tropical wood in a “bookmatched” design with a subtle sheen, suitable for cabinet fronts and wall paneling.
Through concrete application examples, visitors experienced how a single design retains its creative identity on different substrate materials and surfaces.
Digital printing played a key role here: A prime example was the Calacatta Viola decor, which was presented in large format and highlighted the high color intensity, brilliance, and depth effect of digital printing.
Concept Sense+: See. Feel. Make a confident decision.
Concept Sense+ once again proved to be a crowd-pleaser at the booth. It allows users to evaluate a new decor alongside the matching texture before the layout is approved. Customers receive pressed samples, color variations, and room scenes for flooring and furniture.
Among our customers, the Piazza Grande and Prime Walnut decors were particularly well-received in the Concept Sense+ section. Piazza Grande is a stone decor produced via large-format digital printing, designed for countertops. Prime Walnut features a striped pattern in a very wide color spectrum and pairs well with solid colors or other wood decors. It is the walnut counterpart to Prime Oak.
