1. House rules & information about the apartments

Dear guests,

With this information we would like to make your stay at Schattdecor as pleasant as possible and give you some practical hints and general information on the use of our apartments.

Smoking is prohibited in our house and apartments.
Pets are not permitted.

Each apartment is cleaned by a housekeeper once a week. The service also includes a 7-day towel change and a 14-day bed linen change.
If you want to sleep because of working shifts, hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the door.

Our large kitchen with a lounge is at your disposal.

You are welcome to use the washing machines and dryers in the basement.
There you will find everything you need to do your laundry.

The WLAN is SD_GUEST and the password is digital-visions

“Patronus Security” is responsible for the security in our company.

2. Pool cars

The pool car reservation is handled by the internal supervisor.

The visitor management staff will need to see your driving license. They will give you the vehicle keys and logbook.

You will find the pool cars in the underground garage at the marked parking spaces.

Pool vehicles can be refueled using the Rutex fuel card kept inside the vehicle. The PIN is noted on the back of the card. The Rutex card can be used to pay for both refueling and car washes. Please mark the fuel receipt with the vehicle's license plate number and your signature.

3. Bicycles

One ladies' and one men's bicycle are available in the underground garage. The bicycles are secured with a lock and can be opened with the code 1985.
