The Highlights of SICAM 2025
Schattdecor inspires at SICAM 2025 with innovation, exchange, and further development.
The Highlights of SICAM 2025
simplify. One Design. All Applications.
Under the motto “simplify. One Design. All Applications.”, Schattdecor demonstrated at SICAM 2025 how clarity and orientation can emerge in an increasingly complex world.
The main focus was to give customers confidence in their decor decisions — with a holistic product and service offering that combines everything needed for successful product development and beyond: from design, printed and finished surfaces to matching edgebandings, press plates, and 3D foils.
The appearance in Pordenone confirmed once again that SICAM, alongside Interzum, has established itself as a key platform for exchange, inspiration, and trend observation. This year, the focus was less on pure decor presentation and more on personal dialogue, idea exchange, and the further development of existing topics.
Exchange and Partnership at the Core
The four trade fair days were characterized by numerous professional discussions, new contacts, and concrete project inquiries.
“At SICAM, we once again experienced how valuable personal exchange is,” says Andreas Lehnig, Head of Marketing and Communications at Schattdecor. “Clarity, quality, and partnership-based collaboration are the foundation for successful product solutions – something our guests’ feedback clearly confirmed.” “
Thanks to its strong network of partners, Schattdecor continues to simplify complexity in the product landscape. One such partner is Renolit. A highlight of this collaboration was showcased at SICAM 2025: the decor Montmartre Oak, presented as a 3D furniture foil. Here, design and function merge in a surface perfectly suited for three-dimensional forming and wrapping applications.
Decor Highlights: Focus on Naturalness and Structure
A carefully curated decor selection reflected the three trend worlds Hipstoric, Clarity, and New Aesthetic within the trend concept The Art of Tomorrow. Two designs in particular stood out:
Ravello Walnut – a refined walnut decor with distinctive lines and deep, dark shadows. It combines sophistication with timelessness and fits perfectly into modern, clean interior concepts.
Prime Oak – a calm, authentic oak decor that unites naturalness and elegance. Initially showcased at Interzum as a Concept Sense+ decor in development, the further-evolved version now demonstrates how harmoniously design and texture can work together.
These decors impressively illustrate how Schattdecor translates current trends into market-ready solutions.
Concept Sense+: Added Value for Confident Decisions
Concept Sense+ is a service offering from decor development. It allows customers to experience new layouts together with the matching surface texture already during the development phase — providing genuine added value for confident decision-making.
Especially in an industry increasingly driven by speed and precision, Concept Sense+ offers a decisive advantage: the ability to experience design and haptics as one. Large-scale stone decors produced with digital printing have proven particularly popular in this area.
